Kids swiming pool is under maintenance for 2 days! There was no massage facility as they announced No blackout curtain at some doors and windows lock are broken. Changing the rooms after settlement due to bad AC

Great location . Apartment was spacious

Sofa was torn, waste bin in bathroom was rusted. There were tea bags and water placed in the room but cups were not provided

1. Shower head was rusted and weird, but when reported they changed the room without any hassle, but they really need to change them completely. 2. Internet was decent. Kept interrupting but overall fast

I was not able to add breakfast to my room during the reservation. Shower was little damaged, water was flowing everywhere

When I arrive to the hotel, they inform me there's no room available, it was late at night and I was so tired from the travel, after two hours waiting room wasn't clean, tv didn't work, it was really a bad experience

Receptionist Saudi girl was too formal, she didn't even look at our face, no any welcoming sentence, very rude when she reminded me about check out . I don't wish to go there again .

The hotel location is very good, nearby many shopping malls, restaurants & cafe. There is indoor swimming pool. The staff were very helpful.

The parking area is not shaded. room was smelly Room view is very poor. The AC adjustment was very difficult I coudn't sleep well.

The hotel is situated in a good area and close to a mall and other eating places. The rooms are spacious and the staff was very friendly.

Some of the items in the room were worn and the kitchen items need to be updated. Upon initial entry into our room there was a very strong smell. I mentioned it to the staff and it was gone after we returned from dinner.

The location is nice in one of the attraction sides of Dammam. The room is good in terms of size. The coffee shop downstairs.

Cleanliness is a concern. The tea cups never been cleaned properly. Almost useless. The towels were horrible. They were clean but seriously over used to the extent that the towel tiered apart in my hand at first use. The room walls got dirty with spells of liquids. The place is noisy in general. Noise from inside and outside gets in.

It was nice to have a fridge and a large TV. The extra space for a sitting area was also helpful. The Laundry service was fast, effective, and very affordable.

The facilities in the rooms are not well maintained. There are scrapes on the walls, corrosion on the fixtures, and the air conditioner thermostats don't work, so we alternated between freezing and way too warm. The breakfast buffet was meager - don't bother. The showers didn't have any walls, doors, or curtains, and were no bigger than a toilet. Water gets all over the bathroom when showering. They do not offer housekeeping services. We ran out of toilet paper. There is no restaurant on site. There is a small coffee counter, which I never saw anyone at. This was rated as a 4 star hotel and the pictures look good, but don't be fooled! If you stay here, you're in for a two-star hotel experience. I feel deceived and I was seriously embarrassed, as I had made the reservation for my work colleagues and myself, and we are used to staying in hotels that are up to western standards. The WiFi was super slow, and would go on and off - there was a router in the room, and rebooting it seemed to help, at least for a while. There is construction/destruction going on nearby, which can be heard during the day time.

Hi price compared to newer facilities. Toilets are old.smoking roles are not respected. washing machine not provided although requested.Not recommended families as they mix singles with families.
